Hi,

We have a customized E620 Q7 board, as we want to calculate the battery lifespan for the RTC, my question is what is the current consumption on the VCC33RTC pin(M13) when the power is off as well as the leakage current of the RTCRST_B pin (AA2)

Thank you

Hi Liyuqian,

The ICH/PCH RTC circuit is a low current circuit designed to provide accurate time keeping service, at an extremely low current consumption (IccRTC) a maximum of 5 or 6 μA. For further information you could find it on Section 2 Page 9 of https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/dam/doc/application-note/ich-family-real-time-clock-accuracy-considerations-note.pdf Intel® I/O Controller Hub (Intel® ICH) /Platform Controller Hub (PCH) Family Real Time Clock (RTC). Good luck!

Best regards,

William

.
