BayTrail-I CRT always be attached device?

Hi all:

I have a BayTrail-I board with two display (DVI-I & DVI-D)

But when I just plug DVI-D port, there would be more one monitor in the device manager

It seems CRT always be connected even if I don't plug any monitor

Is it correct on this platform?

Could you tell us more information of your system please.

1. We would like to know what OS are you using?

2. The s-spec number of your processor?

3. What video driver and what version are you using?

4. Please list all the video devices you are using?

OS: Windows 7 / Windows 8 Standard / Ubuntu 14.04

CPU: Atom E3815 (SR1XA)

Driver: Intel_EMGD_WIN7_PC (ver. 37.15.0.1091)

Monitor: FLATRON W1943SS

Hello Mantou,

CRT should not show up when you don't have it connected.

Device manager should only show one monitor if there is only one that's connected.

If you you see two monitors form the device manager, do you see the name/model of the two monitors from Intel Graphic Properties?

How about from the Screen Resolution settings? Does it have the model/name of your CRT monitor?

Lastly, what Video BIOS version is installed on your system?
