Radiation data for Intel Atom® x7-E3950 Processor

We plan to use an Intel Atom Processor in a space application and we are now looking for radiation data and a description of the process technology (may be SOI ?) enabling us to decide to use such processor.

Please, if available, provide us more information about the radiation hardness of the mentioned processor.
