Intel Atom E3950 processor reference manual

I am trying to find a reference manual for the E3950. I don't know what intel calls them. Programmers Reference Manual, Hardware Reference Manual. I need to have a manual that shows available registers for the E3950. Could someone point me in the right direction?

You should use the Intel® Pentium™ and Celeron™ Processor N- and J- Series External Design Specification (EDS) Volumes 2 and 3 of 4 document numbers # 557556 and 557557 that may help you. You can find them when you are logged into your Resource & Design Center (RDC) privileged account on the following websites:
