adlink atom processor could not start kernel

Hello,

I am trying to boot from USB disk and the adlink board could not start the linux kernel. It shows the uefi shell and stay there. I have configured the BIOS with USB hard disk as the boot#1 option. Can some one help. Below is the snapshot.
