Atom x6425RE and CSME?

I am reading this whitepaper: "Intel® Converged Security and Management Engine (Intel® CSME) Security." In the introduction it states "The purpose of this white paper is to describe the security design and implementation of Intel® CSME 14.0 (Comet Lake), Intel® CSME 15.0 (Tiger Lake) and Intel® CSME 16.0 (Alder Lake) and its role in the platform." Does this mean that the x6425RE (Elkhart Lake) does not have the CSME feature?

Also, am I correct that the x6425RE is part of the Atom x6000e series family? I cannot find a family chart for this CPU.

Hello Carlos,

My firm is working with a supplier that is considering using this CPU. The supplier is in the EU, but I cannot disclose their identity. I found the SKU description, so I now know that the 6425RE is part of the x6000e family.

The CSME I referenced is the Converged Security and Management Engine. Has that name been shortened to Converged Security Engine? I am trying to understand what resources are available on the chip to support security.

It appears this CPU has UEFI secure boot as well as Boot Guard. Is CSME or CSE also available?
