topic E3950 Apollo Lake yellow bang issue in Embedded Intel Atom® Processors

We are using windows 11 IoT enterprise 64-bit OS Version 22H2 with E3950 Apollo Lake processor. We have encountered an issue regarding a yellow bang for the PCI Simple Communication Controller in the device manager. Despite our efforts, we have been unable to resolve this issue independently. We need assistance in acquiring the necessary driver package to remove the yellow bang for the PCI Simple Communication Controller (VEN_8086&DEV_5A9A).

Additionally, we would like to clarify if the E3950 processor module is officially supported by Microsoft for the Windows 11 platform.

No, the E3950 is not supported by Microsoft for windows 11:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors

The PCI Simple Communication Controller is typically corrected by installing the ME software.

Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]
