Hello, does someone know the thermal resistance for this CPU:

Intel CPU Atom x5 APL-I E3930 2C 6.5W 1.3GHz F-1

Part Number: LH8066803102701

I need following parameters for my simulaiton: Thermal resistance junction to case and thermal resistance junction to board.
