DDR3 in memory down configuration for E3815

Hello,

I want to use DDR3 with ECC in memory down configuration. Can i use four DDR3 with x16(256M * 16 ) data width and one DDR3 with x8 (256M x8) for ECC. What are supported DDR3 chips for Interl Atom E3815.
