Because I am unable to fill out this form that you are referencing, can you please assist in bring my request of requesting an IBIS model of the i218LM to the appropriate division?

Hi Lynn & Carlos,

I was finally able to fill out the form on the "Request Design Assistance" site. After trying a couple more times, I saw that Google Chrome was blocking the page because it reported that the page contained untrusted certificates. I had to allow it to trust the untrusted certificates and then the page loaded. I filled out the form and am still waiting for the IBIS model for the i218LM.
