eeupdate utility needed for use in WinPE environment

Hello,

I'm in need of an "eeupdate" utility or equivalent that will work in a Winpe environment. I've attempted to use "eeupdatew64e.exe" but the message I get returned is "Unable to locate the driver component. Please reinstall program". I'm trying to get this to work in a Windows Deployment Server (WDS) environment so we can modify our MAC Addresses in a script. Any help would be appreciated.

Could you please tell us if the design related to this situation has been developed by you or it is a third party one? In case that it is a third party design, please give us all the information related to it , in case that it has been developed by you please give us a block diagram with the part numbers of the devices used to implement it.

Could you please let us know the EEupdate version and where do you download it?
