Intel Joule BIOS Generation for PCIe Support

Hello,

We would like to use the PCIe interface on the board and understand that we need access to special tools to generate the BIOS which will allow us to enable PCIe functionality at the expense of USB3.0 device.

I have just been granted Privileged access and would like to obtain the tools and documentation to generate the appropriate BIOS.
