I download a driver from Intel's site(Intel Atom E3800 Win7 IO Drivers MR4_Non Secure). This arhive contein drivers for lot of devices. I try to use "iaiosd" driver of version 04/20/2016,1.1.9.1036 or 06/15/2015,1.2.3.1010 during instalation OS(try to create primery disk). I have error code "0x80004005"("E_FAIL").
