Random system stutter using 82577LM under Win7x64 on Emerson Deveron Seed Board

Has anyone else experienced random system stutter when using the onboard Intel 82577LM Gigabit adapter on the Emerson Deveron (MATXM-CORE411-B) under Windows 7 64Bit? I've tried a multitude of configuration setting combinations with Proset, to no avail. I notice that during very high speed transfers (60+MB /sec) the systems performance degrades heavily and moving the mouse is very jerky. Have tried supplied drivers on CD, as well as the latest drivers, and the issue persists. Any help would be most appreciated.
