Availability of ARMv8 binary libinference_engine and libmyriadPlugin libraries

I am currently evaluating the Movidius product.

We need to make it run on our ARMv8 based target board.

To be able to build the Inference Engine application for our target board, we need both the libinference_engine and libmyriadPlugin binary libraries in ARMv8 format.

Are they available ?
