There are links to the Intel System Handbook and Intel Packaging Handbook in the Toolkit on page 3, but they are also missing from the specified link. Please send additional materials or provide the following information about the specified product: 1. weight 2. overall dimensions 3. decoding the symbols on the front side 4. explanation of the symbols on the reverse side 5. method of marking on the front and back side.
