&lt;P&gt;I am doing thermal analysis of products equipped with i5-8365UE.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The accuracy of the analysis is insufficient because the exact thermal conductivity of the substrate on which the I5-8365UE is mounted is unknown.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any reference material?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
