Could Maple Ridge be used in Skylake platform CPU in replacement of EOLed Alpine Ridge?

There's EOL announcement of Alpine Ridge-DP, SP(attached in post) and would like to ask following questions.

1. Can Maple Ridge/Goshen Ridge be used with Skylake/Kaby Lake CPU platform?

2. If the answer is no, then Titan Ridge( TBT 3 ) possible to act as replacement to Alpine Ridge, and what's the difference in specifications between them, other than additional power pin/GND pin.

3. If use Titan Ridge with Skylake/Kabylake CPU, when is the planned/expected EOL date for Titan Ridge?
