You can check the 11^th Generation Intel Core Processor Desktop Datasheet, chapter 5 Thermal Manager for the available public information.

On the Intel Ark site: https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/208082/intel-core-i71185gre-processor-12m-cache-up-to-4-40-ghz.html you can find the Tjmax and TDP information.

There are more thermal management information but it requires to establish a CNDA contract to get privilege access to it, you can apply using the following link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/forms/support/my-intel-sign-on-support.html

But it is recommended to use the corporate e-mail account as free email service providers are not approved.
