I'm trying to use eeupdate on embedded Linux (yocto - dunfell) and when I trying to run the program I'm getting an error "not found"

I seem to be missing several libraries or other dependencies.

So I have two questions:

1. can I get access to the website (to download the eeupdate program)

2. where can I get the source code of eepdate?
