Hello

I need to perform a thermal simulation of a card using the Intel Core I5-1145GRE or/and I7-1185GRE

I can't find the Rth jc thermal resistors; Rth ja; Rth jb in the datasheets for this processor.

Can you give me these values in order to be able to simulate this project?
