i71185GRE Radiation Effects

Hi,

I am trying to find out what the susceptibility of the I71185GRE processor is to Single Event Upsets/Effects, or if it has undergone any testing to these types of effects.

Any information on this in terms of failure rates / testing that has been performed, or mitigations that are present within the device, would really be appreciated. (Intended platform is avionics based.)
