Intel Nextbook power buttons do not work.

Hello, I got a pre-owned Nextbook about a year ago and tried to turn it on lately but it had an error in it's system that it tried to repair. After then, the Nextbook will not turn on even when I try the power button except for when I plug it in. But even then, the Nextbook displays nothing on the screen and a blue light coming from the keyboard flickers every minute.

The model number is NXW116QC264.

Would appreciate any help available, Thank you.

Also, the location tag is to be ignored as I could not find any relevant tags.
