Debian Linux 11 and Intel PTAT

We have installed the latest PTAT under Debian Linux 11. However, when we launched the PTAT application (which jumps to Firefor browser), we meet the 'Loadworkspace status Error' error message.

We are using a Intel Core I9-12900e processor.

How can we solve this problem?

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

Just in case you can download the latest version from the document #790914.

I don't see that PTAT is supported in Debian, but it has support for Fedora, you may try the recommended steps from the User Guide that comes in the package but if it didn't work, may be best to use one of the recommended OS.
