Inject Graphics drivers for MDT / SCCM installation

I have a question about using Intel graphics drivers in our setup. If I download the driver for, let’s say Intel 620 from Intel's website as an example and extract the files from the .exe, like shown in the picture below:

can I then inject these files to our Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) system?

We have done this on a few units already with no issues and they seem to work like normal but the other day I found this information on your site:

Can I Use the 'INF/Have-disk installation’ for a Windows*... (intel.com)

So, I wonder if we can keep doing this or if we must figure out a way to install the graphics drivers in a different way?

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

If you are not getting any issues after you inject them and you need to do it this way, it is an option, but officially, the A have-disk installation is recommended when a driver does not have an automatic setup program, that's why it is recommended to use the .exe in the other article.

Thanks for your reply, however I am asking about Graphics drivers and not Chipset drivers.
