Intel Driver Configuration API

I am working with a system that has an Intel i7-9700E w/ a Intel UHD Graphics 630

I am attempting to configure settings, programmatically, that are typically controlled through Intel Graphics Command Center.

Does intel offer an API, similar to the Intel Graphics Control Library? I tried running a sample program from the repo of this library, and the error indicates that the library is not compatible with the system I am working with.

Any help will be appreciated. I will note I do work for an OEM, so if we need specific business agreements, I can coordinate this as well.
