Hello,

I'm looking for an Icepak Classic (non AEDT) compact thermal model (delphi) to support program thermal analysis using the Panther Lake H 484 4Xe. Our supplier provided the geometry but no other details that they claim came from a file titled "PTLH484_4Xe_25W_26WW03.ecxml". Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Nick
