How to program PHY data for WGI210IT?

We have flash (SST25VF040B) for WGI210IT. so need image file.

As I saw below message from community.

if I get this file, want to write this image into flash or iNVM.

but cannot open this. Could I get this from you?

and this method is right?

I think this file includes MAC address and Vender/Device ID and so on. and our product can be read from flash , then will be doing proper operation. right?
