You should use the Delta-L 4.0 for PCB Electrical Characterization document # 621794 that may help you. You can find it when you are logged into your Resource & Design Center (RDC) privileged account on the following websites:

You need to have a Resource and Design Center (RDC) privileged account to have access to the requested information, as we mentioned in our communication of March 15th, 2021.

The RDC Account Support form is the channel to process your account update process by filling out the form stated on the following website:
