Intel i210 eeprom tool for ARM

Hello,

We're using a i210 ethernet controller with an RK3568 CPU (ARM).

We encountered the following error message when using lspci：

0002:21:00.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation I210 Gigabit Unprogrammed (rev 03)

When we replacing it with another controller that includes a mac address，it restored normal functionality.

Therefore, we sincerely hope that the technical team can provide eeprom tool for us to configure the MAC address of the chip on this ARM platform.
