Export Control Statement for Intel® Ice Lake-D LAN Enabling Kit for use with C827-IM1

Hi,

I was advised to post my question here from the ethernet products forum.

I'm looking for export control documentation for the Intel® Ice Lake-D Low Core Count (LCC) LAN Enabling Kit (LEK) with content id: 872861 (latest WW04 2026 version)
Intel® Ice Lake-D [ICX-D] LCC LAN Enabling Kit [LEK]

An ECCN for the complete LEK package is preferred, but if it needs to be specific then it the binaries are:

ExternalPHY_CEI_FW\CEI_IDEEPROM\icxd_lcc_cei_4x10g_pkvl_sfp_vmc_id_eeprom_rev2p4.bin

ExternalPHY_CEI_FW\External_POR_PHY_FW\C827_rs-fec_master.0x101C_1064_0245_serdes.0x1064_0245_read_write_header_and_z80.raw

The processor in question is the Intel® Xeon® D-1732TE Processor using the Intel (R) Ethernet Connection E823-L in combination with C827-IM1

I've requested IPS on the 15th of June '26 but still haven't got a response and the request is still pending for approval.

In the automatic mail after requesting IPS it states it should take up to 48 hours and it has been over a month.

What can I do to get the help I need?
