    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How are you connecting your router to the Galileo? What cable and ports are you using?  You also need to have enabled the driver for the modem. Look for the driver of your specific modem. If you have it loaded you can check it with lsmod &lt;A href="http://linux.about.com/library/cmd/blcmdl8_lsmod.htm"&gt;http://linux.about.com/library/cmd/blcmdl8_lsmod.htm&lt;/A&gt; lsmod - Linux Command - Unix Command . If you don't have it loaded you'd have to enable it manually.
