    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi every one &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;                       I am using i210 pcie to ethernet chip  i am using a pcie switch  between intel i7 processor and ethernet controller i210  i have two such controller connected to the pcie switch i was trying to do network bonding or teaming between the two links how to do this i tried this in RHEL but i am unable to do when i remove one link link between the end device is totally failing how to implement this with two links connected to a network switch  &lt;/P&gt;</description>
