Unable to Upgrade X550-T2 NVM Firmware

Hello,

I recently installed an Intel X550-T2 Network Adapter on my system but I am unable to upgrade the NVM Firmware using Intel's NVM Update Tool (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19358/non-volatile-memory-nvm-update-utility-for-intel-ethernet-network-adapter-x550-series.html)

I've attached the SSU Report on my installed Network Devices.

For us to further check the issue, please provide the following details.

Are you using a PCIe Intel X550-T2 or is it onboard?
If you are using a PCIe card, please send photos of the unit on both sides for us to check the unit.

As the label information from the photo, we couldn't found this NIC details from our resources. Can you tell me where do you purchased the NIC from?

May I request you to provide me with the details of the operating system where the NIC is installed? This information is necessary to identify the appropriate update package, as there are distinct packages available for Windows and Server OS.

The information provided on the NIC label and the Intel PROset part number in the photo you provided do not match. This is not an authentic Intel NIC adapter. The product has some information discrepancy from the Amazon link that you provided. You may check with your reseller.

When going through the NIC information,

-MM# on label is not correct

-PB# on the board is not correct

-No Yottamark or BradyID

-Labels are the wrong font and style
