Cannot run lanconf under win10 pro

Hi Intel,

I would like to perform the lanconffw64e.exe under win10 pro(admin mode), but it shows "Unable to load the driver.Please close all other applications and try again."

But before that, I did installed the driver via using install.bat /y and also copy all the three iqvsw64e files to "\system32\drivers directory".

Would you help me to resolve this issue?
