在nvidia平台使用如下驱动：

supports-test: yes
supports-eeprom-access: yes
supports-register-dump: yes
supports-priv-flags: yes

现在想实现主动控制EB-X710-T4网卡的各路网口LED灯，例如全部关闭LED闪烁但不影响网络传输，查看芯片手册是可以对phy芯片进行寄存器操作实现此功能，但通过什么工具来实现phy芯片来读写还尚不明确，请提供支持，不胜感谢
