We need more information.

Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility for Windows. When you start the utility, select Everything and then click on Scan. Once it completes the scan process, click on Next and then Save. Pick a name for the text file to create and click on Save to create it. You can then close the app. Finally, open a response post here and then, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog (below the edit box for the body of your response post), upload and attach this text file to the response post.

...S

So here's the list of things that i saw in the report:

Just saying, Intel recommends the use of Windows 11 with 12th gen processor-based systems.

I cannot see a valid BIOS version indicator. You should, if you haven't before, upgrade the BIOS to the latest version available (7D36vAG). You can download it here: https://download.msi.com/bos_exe/mb/7D36vAG.zip.

Did you install the Intel Chipset Device Software package first thing after installing Windows? If not, you should do so now. It is available for download here: https://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/mb/intel_chipset_adl_rpl.zip.

Your Wireless driver is out of date. You can download the latest version from here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19351.

Your Bluetooth interface does not have the Intel driver installed for it. The Microsoft driver was associated with it, but failed to load (no surprise). You can download the latest version from here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18649.

The Specification for your motherboard (per identification, MS-7D36, provided above) lists it as having Realtek RTL8125BG networking. I am confused. If I am looking at the wrong board's specification, the BIOS link I provided above may not be correct. If this is the correct motherboard, however, this means that you have an add-in card that is providing the i225-V. Either way, it appears that the correct driver is installed. I can only suggest that you do a clean install of the driver per the process detailed here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000058304/ethernet-products.html.

It that doesn't get you going, I defer to Intel Customer Support,

...S
