This is the first time I have posted a query here. I have no idea what Board I should post to.

The Intel Driver and Support Assistant tells me I have an update available for my Network Adapter, so I asked it to install it (see attachment 1). The install process tells me that "No Network Connections found" and fails. I tried it a number of times after restarting my desktop (see attachment 2) but no go.

Is there a solution to fix this or should I just ignore this update?

Thanks in advance.

Please provide your IDSA log files (zipped folders from C:/ProgramData/Intel/DSA so I can have our developers investigate. You can just zip the 'Data' & 'Logs' folders so the zip file stays below the 23MB limit to attach here.

Thank you for your help,

Thanks for your patience. The IDSA team is working on a fix for the logic for this. The latest network driver release version for Window 10 and Windows 11 is driver version 14.0.5.0.

If you could try running IDSA and choose the "Refresh Results" on the left-hand IDSA menu, please let us know if the correct version is offered and installs without issue.

Monique,

I am now getting:

No supported driver or software updates are available for your system.

Is there supposed to be an update for my system? I hope so because for the last few weeks every time I log in I have to disable and re-enable my wireless network adapter to get it to work. I don't know if this problem is related to this issue.

@DaveM1 I would need to have my developers review your most recent IDSA logs to see if your specific system was supposed to be offered any updates and ensure the detection is working accurately. You can zip the 'Data' & 'Logs' folders together (or separately) from C:/ProgramData/Intel/DSA and attach here.

I don't believe this would be related to the wireless adapter issue you're experiencing since wireless and ethernet (wired) are different.

Thanks for your help,

I too, get the "No supported driver or software updates are available for your system."

Does this mean that there are no updates for my system? I am curious because you earlier said that the latest driver for windows 10 is version 14.0.5.0 while I am using version 12.17.10.6.

I am attaching the data & log files.
