Intel E810-C not correctly reading QSFP module EEPROM

Hello,

With latest ice-1.15.4 driver and 4.60 NVM update, Intel E810-C adapter can't correctly read QSFP28 EEPROM pages. This results in bogus thresholds displayed by ethtool -m:

Hexdump shows, that data for page 00 is incorrectly repeated also for pages 01, 02 and 03, resulting in bogus decoding of thresholds:
