My Ethernet strucks at 300mbps speed as i have 3 GBPS internet speed at my work

Greetings Intel

I am using Dell Laptop Latitude 7490 series with intel ethernet driver Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (4) I219-LM installed, at my work place i have an inter speed of 3GBPS but my laptop strucks at 300 MBPS Speed, which sometimes become a trouble for me as i am working as Network and Security Engineer so i have to update the proper internet on Daily basis to my ISP.

Can you please help me with what is the exact reason.

Regarding connection speed stucks ad 300MBPS speed issue, you may refer to article below:

Also, kindly update the driver to the latest version as below:
