    <description>&lt;H5&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;U&gt;After&lt;/U&gt; updating the i350 network card driver to version 5.19.4, I encountered the following issue:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;[ 14.924409] igb: 925, Initializing the Flow Control address, type and timer regs&lt;BR /&gt;[ 16.730254] igb 0000:84:00.0 ens14f0: PCIe link lost, reg: 5b50&lt;BR /&gt;[ 16.794246] igb 0000:84:00.1 ens14f1: PCIe link lost, reg: 5b50&lt;BR /&gt;[ 16.794248] igb 0000:01:00.0 ens11f0: PCIe link lost, reg: 5b50&lt;BR /&gt;[ 16.830689] igb: 1618, Driver can't access device - SMBI bit is set.&lt;BR /&gt;[ 16.894631] igb: 1618, Driver can't access device - SMBI bit is set.&lt;BR /&gt;[ 16.894887] igb: 1618, Driver can't access device - SMBI bit is set.&lt;BR /&gt;[ 16.930815] igb: 1618, Driver can't access device - SMBI bit is set.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The firmware information for the network card is as follows:&lt;BR /&gt;1. i350&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;ethtool -i ens11f1&lt;BR /&gt;driver: igb&lt;BR /&gt;version: 5.19.4_debug&lt;BR /&gt;firmware-version: 1.63, 0x80000a06&lt;BR /&gt;expansion-rom-version:&lt;BR /&gt;bus-info: 0000:01:00.1&lt;BR /&gt;supports-statistics: yes&lt;BR /&gt;supports-test: yes&lt;BR /&gt;supports-eeprom-access: yes&lt;BR /&gt;supports-register-dump: yes&lt;BR /&gt;supports-priv-flags: no&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2 82576&lt;BR /&gt;ethtool -i ens14f0&lt;BR /&gt;driver: igb&lt;BR /&gt;version: 5.19.4_debug&lt;BR /&gt;firmware-version: 2.0, 0x00013989&lt;BR /&gt;expansion-rom-version:&lt;BR /&gt;bus-info: 0000:84:00.0&lt;BR /&gt;supports-statistics: yes&lt;BR /&gt;supports-test: yes&lt;BR /&gt;supports-eeprom-access: yes&lt;BR /&gt;supports-register-dump: yes&lt;BR /&gt;supports-priv-flags: no&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I also tested other i350 network cards, which have firmware version 1.63 (0x800009fa), but they did not exhibit the same issue.&amp;nbsp;Is this a valid assumption?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;btw, the kernel log and PCI information are included in the attachments&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/H5&gt;</description>
