25G x 4 retimer + rsfec

Hello, If the SOC does not support RSfec. Can the device C827-AM1 be used between SOC 25G KR port and SFP+ (25Gbps optics) to encode and decode RS-FEC?

How do i access the datasheet and order evaluation board for this device ?

Product details --- GnodeB hardware
This Intel Phy will be used to connect the baseband SOC eth port to 25G SFP+.
