      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am experiencing recurring system freezes and hardware resets related to the Intel I350‑T4 network adapter on a Windows Server 2016 system. The issue appears to be caused by the outdated driver &lt;STRONG&gt;e1r65x64.sys&lt;/STRONG&gt;, which is currently the latest version available for this OS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Symptoms observed:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Random system freezes under network load&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Network adapter resets&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Event Viewer repeatedly logs &lt;STRONG&gt;Event ID 10400&lt;/STRONG&gt; (NDIS)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;After each occurrence, the system recovers but the network interfaces temporarily drop&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;This behavior strongly suggests that the existing driver for the I350‑T4 on Windows Server 2016 is no longer stable or compatible with recent system updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Environment details:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Hardware: Intel I350‑T4&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;OS: Windows Server 2016 (fully updated)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Driver file: &lt;EM&gt;e1r65x64.sys&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Issue: Hardware reset / NDIS Event 10400&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;No updated driver package available for WS2016&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to know:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Is Intel aware of stability issues with the current I350‑T4 driver for Windows Server 2016?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Is there an updated or alternative driver available that resolves these problems?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If Windows Server 2016 is no longer supported for this adapter, is there an official Intel statement confirming this?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any guidance or updated driver package would be greatly appreciated, as this is affecting a production environment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, sorry for the delay and thank you for your reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regarding point 1:&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately, I do not have physical access to the server, as it is located in a remote datacenter. The system is managed remotely via Lenovo XClarity. Because of this, I cannot take front and back pictures of the NIC card.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I can provide all available identification details from XClarity / system inventory (NIC model, part number, FRU, firmware version, etc.) if that helps.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regarding point 2:&lt;BR /&gt;The Intel I350‑T4 NIC came pre‑installed with the system by the server vendor (Lenovo). It was not purchased or installed separately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
