Driver to install for E810-c for hardware timestamping in windows 11

I would like to seek advise on which version driver to use to enable hardware timestamping in windows 11 Pro.

Currently I have download and install Intel® Ethernet Adapter Complete Driver Pack 31.1. However I am unable to install the nvmupdate package 4_91.
