Can't download Linux packages

I'm following the https://github.com/IntelRealSense/librealsense/blob/development/doc/distribution_linux.md Linux Install instructions and am getting a '403 Forbidden' error when executing 'sudo apt-get update':

403 Forbidden

The subsequent apt-get install commands obviously fail too. Is anyone currently able to download these Linux packages?

Seems this is an issue when trying to add the repository on a Ubuntu 17.xx machine. This https://github.com/IntelRealSense/librealsense/issues/777 Github issue and https://github.com/IntelRealSense/librealsense/issues/910 here have workaround suggestions. Hopefully, support will be added for Ubuntu 18.xx since it now the most recent long-term support (LTS) version.
