DCM R200 installation was accidentally interrupted and failed on re-trying with error code -3 at firmware step

My realsense was functioning well,

When i install a newer version of DCM, it was accidentally unpluged. so i try again.

but now i get the -3 code at the step of firmware installation.

what should i do to recover it???

Hi SamHu,

Thank you for contacting us. We'll do our best to help you recover your camera. The -3 code means failure to initialize the camera. Is this an external camera or does it come integrated in a PC or tablet? If you had previously installed a DCM in this computer I'd suggest you to uninstall all previous DCMs and try again to install it to see if you see positive results. If you're using an external camera, try to connect to another USB 3.0 port. If you continue to see errors, please post the full error log.
