ZR300 Problem:No device detected. Is it plugged in?

I get start following the instruction here (https://software.intel.com/en-us/realsense/zr300/get-started https://software.intel.com/en-us/realsense/zr300/get-started) on ubuntu16.04.

When going to this step

A problem occurred

Did someone face the same issue? Please help me to solve this issue.

I only used ZR300 on Ubuntu 16.04, but it didn`t work.

If you are using your ZR300 on a PC instead of a mini-PC board such as Joule or Up Board, are you using the Desktop version of Ubuntu 16.04, which is 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus), as suggested by the instructions?

After I installed the system on a new computer， the ZR300 can be used normally.

You can try it on a computer that has reinstalled the system. Hope that can help.
