I admit this is the first time I've heard of Windows 10 Pro N and KN. For others reading this, they are versions of Windows 10 that do not have media features as standard, hence why you installed the Media Pack for N and KN to add those features.

1. Can I please just confirm that you tried to install the DCM first and the SDK second? This is the correct order to do these installations in. Thanks!

2. I also checked your processor that was listed on your attached image, the i7-4500U. This is listed as a 4th generation Haswell architecture PC. The F200 and R200 cameras will work with it, but the official requirement for the newer SR300 camera is a 6th generation Skylake processor. Which model of RealSense camera do you have please?

3. May I also please confirm that you have the camera plugged into a USB 3.0 port on your computer and not a USB 2.0 port?
