I purchased the PC in November 2017.  The SR300 camera worked fine until I installed the Windows Creator update in January 2017.  Subsequent updates to Windows haven't solved the problem (I am currently running Win10 Home Ver. 1803, build 17134.48.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HP has not provided any updates in their support site for the PC.  They are blaming Windows for the problem, as expected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Attached are the error log files.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anybody provide a workaround?  Right now my camera, less than 7 months old, is useless.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Copester,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;Thank you for your contacting Intel® RealSense™ support.&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;Unfortunately the SR300/F200/R200 drivers are not fully compatible with the latest versions of Windows 10.
