This error has been reported a few times in the past on the RealSense forum and other websites. The RealSense forum case is now a broken link, but I managed to retrieve its details from archives of old internet pages on the Wayback Machine site.

The other sites did not offer a solution, and it is a problem I have not come across and could not find a solution for on the RealSense GitHub site. I've posted extracts from the archived page below to help Intel support agents research your problem more easily. Good luck!
